is a massive 12-million-square-meter mixed-use development currently under construction in the Holy City of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. New Murabba is set to be the world’s largest modern downtown, located in Riyadh. Spanning 19 square kilometers.
This "15-minute city" centers around The Mukaab—a massive cube-shaped landmark housing immersive retail, dining, and luxury living. It is a cornerstone of Saudi Vision 2030, blending cutting-edge technology with traditional Najdi architectural roots.
